It still applies to you - you have an OEM installation of Windows.

Will you read carefully https://om.one.microsoft.com/opa/Va...bb3c548b55b&LocaleCode=en-us&JavaScriptOn=yes. You are required to fill in the COA. Since I have no COA (only for branded PCs and notebooks except DIY PCs. AS such it is not applicable for me!

I double checked the number I gave you and it is correct. I dialed the number and got the Microsoft parts dept but didn't talk to anyone.

No I cannot get through Microsoft parts department 1-800-360-7561. Is dead!!!

You DO have a COA - because you have a COA sticker, with an OEM System Builder license.
If you have no sticker, you have no license.
