I know this is really frustrating. I am sorry for the delay. I am trying to answer everything as quickly as I can, but I do have a life outside of these forums, and very many people to help.

I think that we will have one last try, and after that possibly consider a reinstall.

Can you please have one more try at this, because this is the log I need.

Please download VEW by Vino Rosso http://images.malwareremoval.com/vino/VEW.exe from here and save it to your Desktop.

Double click it to start it. Note: If running Windows Vista or Windows 7 you will need to right click the file and select Run as administrator and click Continue or Allow at the User Account Control Prompt.

Click the check boxes next to Application and System located under Select log to query on the upper left

Under Select type to list on the right click the boxes next to Critical, Error and Warning and Information.

Under Number or date of events select Number of events and type 20 in the box next to 1 to 20 and click Run

Summary: Check all six check boxes, choose a number of reports, and set it to 20.

Once it finishes it will display a log file in notepad. Ideally, upload it, but pasting it between CODE tags is also fine.

Nope, it still won't save or run I'm afraid. :( I've tried many many times, and after every save/run I've searched my whole computer for the file after and it can't be found. My computer just doesn't want to save it for some reason. It may be a protection thing? I have practically no idea.
