cost depends on what brand you pick, with you being in different country the prices are going to be different for you. i would highly recommend you contact the company that sold it to you and complain they sold you something that is faulty. if they sold it to you in this condition that is up to them to fix it

I also found this::
Fix: Go to windows/system32/drivers and rename nvlddmkm.sys to
nvlddmkm.sys.old. Go to the nvidia directory and find the file nvlddmkm.sy_
and copy it to windows/system32. Using the cmd window (DOS box) type
EXPAND.EXE nvlddmkm.sy_ nvlddmkm.sys. When the expansion is complete, copy
the new nvlddmkm.sys to windows/system32/drivers and restart the computer.

the new nvlddmkm.sys to windows/system32/drivers and restart the computer.

Could this work?
Or make my computer crash?

you can try those but i am telling you that your power supply is not working correctly. those readings you gave are below what they should be at. this could damage other parts of your computer if not corrected

It's was supposed to be used for office purposes, programming and photshopping and stuff.
But I'm looking for a computer (not that expensive) for gaming only.
I found some, but it costs 2000$+
