Re: Flip 3D - Add to Context Menu

Hi Shawn

I noticed a little mistake in the Tute post there buddy.
I always do the Manual mode when making reg edits and I was following your instructions as shown here:
Quote:
4.[/b] In regedit, go to: (See screenshot below step 5A)
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shellx\ContextMenuHandlers
I couldn't get the command to show in the context menu and I checked and double checked, I even went to the CLSID to make sure it was the correct one for Windows Switch, it was.
Then I noticed where the mistake is...you forgot to have the subkey "Background" in the Manual instructs...oops.
So that manual method should read "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellx\ContextMenuHandlers"

Later bud!

Red face Re: Flip 3D - Add to Context Menu

Hi Shawn,

Thank you! It worked so much! Now only Flip 3D doesn't work in Windows Classic theme but only works in Windows Aero! Thanks!

Re: Flip 3D - Add to Context Menu

Hi vista2007

The Flip 3d option is only available under the Aero theme I believe, and won't work in Basic or Classic mode.

@Brink

NP my friend!
I'm simply relieved to know that you're Human too...I had heard that you were some kinda "Alien" type and that scared me a bit...

Re: Flip 3D - Add to Context Menu

Hi Dave,

It's included in the Warning box to have the Windows Aero color scheme selected.

Don't worry, we aliens are non-hostile and very friendly.

Thank you,
Shawn
