First try running the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor (free here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...90-7659-4BD9-9E51-2497C146AF15&displaylang=en )

STOP 0x124 errors are errors generated by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA) and usually are generated by hardware (like your CPU) rather than Windows. As such they're more difficult to diagnose.

They are usually (in this order):
- hardware failures
- hardware incompatibility
- driver incompatibility
- driver corruption (there is disagreement about this, but I believe that it's possible).

Let us know what the above tool finds out and we'll move on from there. We'll also need more detailed specs on your system, so please fill that out in your profile.

Ok I update my system spects all the way to screen resoultion

When i ran Windows 7 beta it said in devices and programs all was ok

Ram was good for 32bit system 1.88 GB

Windows mail and parental controls: need to download new progams

I remeber something I did just before the errors happen i download windows life essentials and office live add-in 1.4 then i unistalled them i hopes that i would fix them...

it didnt :(

BTW would updating/flashing my BIOS repair this problem because a program called "BIOS AGENT PLUS" said there is an update for my BIOS

Also can someone show me how to get the mini dump file because when it crashes it doesnt make a mini dump!

Other people have had good results updating the bios, if you are going to do that you should know that it is fraught with danger, if it goes wrong it can be a disaster, but some times it's the only option.
If you do update your bios dont use any software to do it, update from inside the bios, this will greatly reduce the chances of errors.
So, it can be risky, but if you read around, then you will see that other users with this problem have had good results with a bios update.
Good luck and post your results.
