That Powercolor HD 4670 would be good but the best HD4670 is the Sapphire HD 4670 512MB GDDR4

For the case fan make sure its a 92mm fan that you need then check the air flow and noise level ratings. I normally buy Noctua fans so cant really coment on that fan.

Dont buy that power supply.
