BlueScreen in Vista Home Premium x64

It shows a driver, again. This time a driver that is not the cause. It is a lead MS driver.

No not bad, just an error on the part of the minidump.

Do it manually as suggested by Roy. That is always the best way to go.

A BSOD just means that there is a conflict that cannot be handled. It is basically a crash. There is no one cause that is common. There have been other cases with the upadate appearing to be the cause of the problem, but there are, also, many other causes.
Your problem appears to be a minor software problem that can be corrected.

Been BSOD free for a couple days now.. leave PC on over night downloading stuff and all is good. I do find it really laggy, sometimes freezing. My PC used to be really fast, now its just getting annoying. In My Computer properties my PC had a 5.4 rating, the 5.4 is greyed out now. I go to refresh it, does the full system scan thing but right at the very end it something about a driver error and could not give a result.. can't remember exactly what it said but it did say something about a driver, but wasn't specific.

The clean boot is used only once to diagnose. It is not used in place of Safe Mode

Ok I'll give the clean boot procedure a try. Before when the BSODs where happening I would use safemode with networking and never had any issues. In safemode it would run perfectly normal. Only thing is I have no sound and I think its limited to what I can do since only certain drivers are loaded.

Just wanted to add, that when it freezes it doesn't totally freeze. It stays frozen for a while resumes.. I don't have to reboot cause of the freeze. And also if I open new tabs in IE it takes a while for the page to pop up.. sometimes its quick sometimes not.
