bsod 0x0000009f problem with shutdown restart sleep and hibernate

I mean any new reports were not in the bunch that you sent. Just the prior ones from the prior problems. I know the problem is problably a driver, but having problems finding the specific driver.
Driver verifier is usually used in this situation, but either you did not do it right or there were other problems, as they did not show results.

so you want me to try driver verifier.how,i remember how to set the checks and stuff but after the restart what do i do, and if the bsod shows up.

cause last time i just got a black screen until i did the restore. that's also probably why you didnt get any reports from it.

If bsod shows up we can only hope that it show on the report. Make sure you follow instructions for turning on verifier.

Now you understand the problem.
Im getting to the point that I think that using the restoration partition (restroring to factory defaults, almost like a reinstall, but without the CD) may be the way to go.

should i try to get the reports in safe mode. cause last time it was going to the black screen safe mode worked fine but i dont know if that would work or not.

If you can give it a try, but safe mode does not load everything and something that is not loaded may be the problem.
It would be my guess that if it works, the problem is not loaded and will not show on the report.

Great, the verifier came up with a common cause of such problems. Uninstall Daemon or Alcohol 120% or any other virtulization software that you may have. The cause given by the verifier was driver SPTD, which is part of Daemon.
Use the SPTD uninstall tool.

Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done:

After removal use the computer and if you do get another BSOD, go to search type cmd. In cmd type driverquery. Check to be sure that SPTD is not listed.

Good luck. Im very hopeful, SPTD is a common cause of BSOD.

i had both now they're both gone i did the driverquery and didn't see SPID but i still got the bsod so here is the report.

This does not show the BSOD after the SPTD was removed.
Use computer with Driver verifier.

We will have to approach this from a different angle, the reports are still the same.
There are no new ones.
Take the computer off the power save option.
