You have a self-assembled system... Vista may be having trouble with one of your hardware components. This was an issue before the service pack update (see MS support issue, and stop errors). Or it's possible you may have one or more corrupt files in your installation software. You might want to try downloading the Vista ISO and burn to a DVD.

i'm using the Orignal ISO image downloded from MSDN, my DVD Rom drive does not detects as i'm on UEFI with GPT partition, if i disable UEFI then i can successfully install vista, there is some issue Vista is not supporting UEFI i guess.

^ Quite possible about the UEFI incompatibility... but then it's probably OK with SP1 or SP2. If not, that would be a major sore thumb for Vista.

Wow, old thread resurrection!
Unfortunately, like quite a few posters seeking solutions, the OP never reported back.
Microsoft initiated support of UEFI boot on x64 systems with Windows Vista SP1.
What is your installation media?
