Have you tried removing the addons from the browser. In IE, Tools, Internet Option. Advanced Reset.no I don't want to lose all my search providers This will remove addons which can be replaced as needed.

Have you made a full antivirus scan and the same with malwarebytes? 3x
How about a system restore from before the problem? 3 different days.
I also dont want to use a cloned drive because it's 3weeks old
