UPDATE:
I attached a spare IDE HDD to the second IDE Connector/cable and again it does the same thing again. hmmmmmmmmmmm
+ It's not the RAM (memTEST shown no error)
+ SATA 2 (works on my pc, same problem even with IDE hdd drive)
