It finally worked, i just connected the ExpressCard and deleted the FL1100 drivers and the xHCI ones kicked in and worked.

FL1100 3.5.93.0 and above Drivers make Vista crash, older drivers install and give Error 10 in Device Manager, Generic xHCI drivers make the device work.

I also discovered that the laptop is not 32-bit, and it is actually 64-Bit XD
