OK, with the information on the graphics card and audio card, go to the website and make sure you have the most up to date. Do the same with the drivers on the same websites.

i went to the nvidia site and the release date for the video driver was not the same as the one in device manager, but is says Please check to make sure that your notebook has a supported GPU. I have no idea what any of that means. Not sure if i should download this or not, and just a note the last time i think i did download this one and when i installed it i could no longer access my nvidia control panel

Maybe the safe way is to follow these instructions on changing drivers. Since you seem unsure, do not want to take a change that you lose internet contact as you are working

How do I install a computer driver?

Look at the replacing section.

Lets try one, change your audio. Lets see how that goes.

If you still have problems we may have use the website approach that I sent you to make sure you have the most up to date.

Richard,

I installed all 3, video, audio and chipset so I guess all I can do now is wait and see what happens. Thank you so very much for all your help. I have spent more nights awake lately trying to fix this than you can imagine. Hopefully it works and I can get some sleep tonight. Thanks again for your time and help.

Stoney has more experience than me with the dmp file. He will analyze it and get back to you. So make sure you watch this thread.

You are very welcome, and thank you for the generous rep.

Here are the results of your bug check, sorry for delay, put it down to the time difference.
This is the last event, as you can see, it was caused by the NTFS File system.

STOP 0x00000024: NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM

Usual causes: Disk corruption, insufficient physical memory, Device driver, Indexing, Resident antivirus, backup, defrag programs, Disk/Drive failing/failure

If it still blue screens after the change of drivers then get back to us, but the advice and help you got from Richard should do the trick.

Just had a quick look at the other dump files and they could all be caused by drivers, but we will have to wait and see.

You may want to tidy up your system files after all the BSOD's and the install of new drivers.
Follow these links and download these free apps, install and clean your system.

Great, very lucky you had the dynamic duo of Stoney and Rich

Run the CC now and save if ever needed again. Run Malwarebytes, at least once a week.

Go to the website of your hard drive manufacturer and test your hard drive.

Take the memory diagnostic test by typing those words in search.
