I'm hoping someone will be able to help.
I have Vista and install all Microsoft updates regularly on my home computer.
However, whenever I receive an email attachment .docx, pptx, & so on I am unable to access the file. It saves as a WinRAR file (zipped, in other words) and when I attempt to unzip it, I just get blank files.
My email is on a university server. When I access attached files from my work computer, they are fine. I only have the problem when I try to access the files from home. As you can imagine, most files these days are .docx, so it is quite frustrating.
Can anyone help me solve this ?
