I 'used' to get that same notice on first boot of the day...... havent had that in months... was before they changed their installer download page layout and whatnot I think... used to go grab copies of flash for IE and firefox and install manually.

If you are referring to the beta version, then you would download the exe and install it that way. IE has a different installer that the other browsers.

You could download the exe for the beta from any browser from the link on the first page. You just have to download the correct exe for the browser that you want to install the beta on. Once the exe is downloaded to your desktop, you would just run it to install the beta.
