Please help me!

Hello (:
So recently my computer has been going into problems.
A few days or weeks ago, my computer was running lag-free and was running smoothly.
Until, I was closing my game named Audition and closing Skype, did problems start, they both didn't respond and I tried closing them, but they wouldn't, so I restarted my computer, this is when I realized something was wrong, the restart took longer then usual and when I did get into my user, everything was extremely slow and laggy.
I thought it was because of Malware or something, so I removed any I found.
That didn't really help .
So, I tried defragmenting, but every time I tried my computer would restart on it's self.
When I try to run any programs together, my computer ends up with a BSOD, and programs stop working and close.
So, does anyone know the problem? Thanks in advance (:

I read your post and know that you checked for malware, but lets go step by step, now.
Update your anti virus and make a full scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes. If everything is negative, test with a clean boot.

I'm going to let the full scan finish, then do the clean reboot (:
Then check the hard drive, with the link provided, do I choose the download
for Windows, or no?
