Solved sfc /scannow help

This may sound a little novice but I'm not sure. When I check system information it says I have SP1, but I do have automatic updates on, so shouldn't it have updated itself?

It could be that you could fix your problem by installing SP2. You have already run the System Update Readiness Tool and SFC so I guess you should be fine to go. You could read through the list of already installed updates, just to double check it is not already installed, but reporting itself wrongly. Start Windows Update and click on "View update history". Strange I think, it was not installed automatically.

Turns out that it was never installed so I went through Microsoft to get it, and it didn't even take that long to download and install. I'm still surprised that I never checked to see if it was ever installed. So, hopefully this will correct any of the issues and I will try and keep this thread updated over the next few days and let you know if anything persists.
I just want to say again, since I haven't said it enough, thank you for your time in help solving this problem.

Just wanted to finally update, since I forgot, that everything is working normal now. I haven't experienced any unexpected errors since installing SP2.
