 Simple instructions would be very much appreciated. I also already forgot how I got admin access so I'll have to search for that again if what I have to do requires admin ability. I thought I had a virus when all this started, but I can't access my virus program; I could not install active x controls when I tried to use symantec's free virus scan online. I'm so lost and I need to be able to use my computer. I hope someone can give me instructions I can actually follow that won't continue to give me the side by side error problem. Thanks so much.
