Unsigned Drivers

So I was tinkering around with resetting Windows Update and I think deleting catroot and catroot2 is the culprit of my problem. I now cannot load Vista unless I F8 and skip driver signing.

I ran verifier and a whole list of vista system drivers are now no longer signed. I've looked around the internets and google and haven't found out the best way to fix this, so I'm looking for some help. Thanks.

Use System Restore? Never, ever delete system files and, if you are thinking about, never, ever use registry cleaners, optimizers, speeder-uppers etc.

It seems the security catalog is gone and thus the drivers cant be signed

I don't have the original discs either so my only hope is there is someway to find them online

i'm trying Microsoft FixIt right now

..Not too sure what to suggest if you don't have the installation disk. System Restore to an earlier time would be the logical solution I would have thought.
