Here are two programs that will help you. Pc Advisor has an autofix that may fix some of your issues. Install both, and run Onecare Pc tuneup.

Download pc advisor click on the program in the "downloads" file under your user account and run it.
Download Onecare, unzip it, and run it also. They will install then you can use the programs to autofix and run a tuneup.

to access downloads file: start>in search bar, type downloads> click downloads file at top

I just downloaded both programs to my computer. DO NOT CLICK RUN!. Click SAVE and download them to the downloads file on your computer, then run them.

i triedto generate a system health report it says a error occures while attempting to generate the report what can i do

Just reinstall Windows
Place your Vista disk in drive, and restart computer.
You will see a prompt "hit any key to boot from disk", hit any keyboard key. Follow prompts to install Vista. Vista wil walk you through it.

What?:confused:Plugin?? is it a usb/wired/wireless, or ps2 (green-round like plug)? All of these should be plug and play. Sometimes though the usb wireless can cause problems.

usb wired mice are cheap $5/Wireless usb are around $20
