Computer Freezing! Help!

I know, the sites were not working. Ill try to find a good site for you to test.
While waiting try this test, if fails your drive is bad, if passes, the results may not be accurate.
Make sure both boxes are checked as in the tutorials

I ran that check and had to restart my computer to do it. It did not give me any results however...it just ended and started windows up...is there a way to check or something i missed?

Did you check both the boxes as shown, did it take about 2 hours or so?
check both boxes, if it takes about two hours, Ill show you how to find the results.

I must have forgot to check both boxes the 1st time but I did the 2nd time. The test took about 4 hours but I still didn't get any results. It just automatically rebooted windows when it was finished. There was a lot of writing that flashed by quickly and I thought I saw something say "volume is clean" Not really sure what to make of the test

I followed the instructions, but am unable to find any chkdsk results. When I type chkdsk in the box and click "find next" nothing happens. Also, since running that test, my nvidia control panel is missing when I right click my desktop. I am no longer able to get my TV to clone my desktop via hdmi. Is there a way to fix this? The driver seems ok in the device manager. Back to the event viewer.....when i click find next, that box just does a quick flash and nothing else changes....chkdsk is still written in there and if i keep clicking it, i freeze up

Just had a thought. Four hours to run the chkdsk, how much free space on your Hard Drive?

right now it says...125gb free out of 222gb But i think i have more b\c earlier today it read 140 free. I think all the freezing's seem to mess with what it says...at least it seems like it. I usually have 190gb free but I have about 50gb's of movies in my download folder now. I shred them when i am done with them.

I already tried running tests with Seatools. The short test passed and I can't get through the long test without freezing within the first 10 minutes. I am trying it in safe mode now to see if it makes it through the whole scan.

What do I do with soluto once it is installed? I am very unfamiliar with this

It will basically tell you what to do. Programs causing slow performance etc. Gives the option to remove, etc.
I think once you install you will figure it out or you can give us a screen shot of the problem and ask us.
