There is a fix for the sidebar issue...AHAA! Found the commands to type in the "run" box they are as follows:

regsvr32 msxml3.dll
regsvr32 scrrun.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll

Type each one and run it seperately by hitting enter and I am not sure if a reboot was needed but this solves the sidebar issue.

That "Hang" thread was interesting and seems that is another issue I have and guess it wasn't the new router I bought that is currently a papreweight because I thought it was the problem LOL. Guess I will hook it back up. Funny thing is I thought the router was going bad because of the "hangs" so I bought the new router which after reading that thread....I now realize my old router was fine!! Glad it had a decent rebate and was nicely priced or I would be pissed right now.
