Vista wont star, help!!

oh, fail, cuz i just checked that it wasnt connected to a power cord. it`s running now, but still the problem i had it wont start like usually.

good thing that it actually works,huh? ;DD anyway all off your help is really appreciated. ;** but please help me fix it so it would start?

At boot do you hear the Vista sounds or just beeps or nothing? Turn on your speakers.

i hear a lot of sounds. doesn`t seem anything unusual to me when it turns in. there`s the fan, and the disc sound. you know what im talking about right?

nope. the last time it didn`t show ANYTHING, but this time it shows at least somthing.

If you cant boot from the CD, not much I can do
I told you how to boot from the CD and you said it did not boot
To save your stuff, we need to boot from a CD,too.

so i pressed f9i and it showe boot menu 1. ATAPI CD/DVD ROM Drive after that <enter setup>


what should i do?

Great, thats what you could not do before. Set it on cd/dvd
Then before you boot the computer put that Cd in that you made before. I think this will work

If it works be sure you do not press anything that you are not sure about or you will lose your stuff. Do you want to try and save your stuff first?

Have you tried tapping F8 at start up before windows starts to load and try some of the options there.

ok, but when i press enter it shows the black screen with a white '' - '' glowing in the edge of the screen. ;//

mby i did smth wrong with the cd?

Boot from the CD, unless you want to save your stuff first.

You have to put the cursor on DVD/CD then enter. Probably done with the arrows.

can i use ubuntu on a flash?
