I do not know what is causing that problem, the flash has to be recognized (seen) by the computer.

Your computer has the black screen. It can be caused by a virus, which has to be removed, hardware problems or bad drivers/cards.
I dont know what to do to get it started, other than what I told you.
There have been situations, that if you just let it rest for a few hours it comes back.

I dont know where to go from here. We tried to repair and boot and it did not work.

we didn`t try to repair. if u can give me all the needed programs and instructions how to fix it - than it`l be ok.

The repair that is needed will be shown after we boot. It will give access to system restore, safe mode, etc. We could try to something else, but the you lose all your stuff.

I gave you that already, Ubuntu, but you cant boot into it.

i havent even tried to boot into it. i dont have a bootable flash.

so if i save my data than i reinstall windows, if everythings lost?

If you backup your stuff and then reinstall, your stuff is saved.
