Vista start up problem

In safe mode, all services are reduced from a normal windows boot. Start with graphics drivers, then wireless/internet, then printer, sound etc.

Okay, the debug shows you still have drivers from Norton on your PC, and you also have AVG installed. So, lets start by completely removing Norton with the following tool. As that may have caused some instability. As far as drivers, none look to out of date. But it wont hurt to look for the most recent updates on the manufactures website.

Who is the manufacturer of the Video Card?

Is sound integrated? Or are you using a sound card? If so, brand, model?

Is the network adapter integrated or its own card?If so, brand, model.

Removed Norton. Attempted to restart to Windows normally and no such luck! BSOD. I totally forgot to write down the number of the error. But it wasn't a long error. {Fatal System Error} and it was like 0x0000000.

MRT also returned with zero results.

That's what i'm wondering. I didn't change a thing which makes the case weird. I'm gonna update the drivers CH gave and i'll restart and if I get the error, i'll write it down.
You wont have time to write the stop error down, it will reboot too fast. That's assuming you have it set to auto restart in the event of a blue screen.

No, i've turned auto reboot off for JUST that, lol. I did it a while back earlier today when this mess began.

What exactly were you doing when it began? Things you do everyday or was it something else? I mean install new programs (besides norton)? Delete something?
