Right click on the desktop computer icon>properties>advanced system> settings
You will see it there.

I read carefully what you just sent me, it was the wrong thing. You can change it in the advanced settings.
This is easy
Right click on the computer icon
>properties>advanced sytem settings>>setup and recovery settings
It should be set to small memory dump. You keep sending me the other setting, Kernel Dump

I you changed it to small, I think it will work. Start over, Try with the information that I wanted in the first post. If that does not work, we will try the second. Fingers crossed buddy.

You keep sending me the shortcut. The shortcut will only work on your computer I need the actual dump.
Which part did you not understand?

try this one again. I think that the change that you made will allow it to work

when i do the first instructions when i clik run as admin, it will strt running then ill get the bsod evertime

Just go through the whole thing again and see if it works. Make sure you do the run as correctly.
