Hello,
General System Information: (More details in zip.)
Manufacture: HP
Model: m8300f
Processor: Athlon 64x2 Dual Core 6000+ 3.00Ghz
RAM: 3Gb
Windows: Vista Home Premium 32bit
Over the past year we have had only a couple of BSOD. Then after reboot system resumed to operate normally. But over the last month we have experienced frequent crashes with random BSOD's daily/hourly. Each with different codes. I have updated everything that I can think of, BIOS, GPU, Windows etc. Nothing seemed to work. So I wiped and reinstalled vista. Re-updated everything and same result. Windows is the original that came with system and we are not running any crazy software. I have ran all of the suggested bootable memory checks (20 passes) and HD checks as well with no errors.
Not sure where to go next and wanted to get some additional eyes to help decode some of the errors. I am leaning more to a hardware issue but am new to diagnosing all of the potentials.
To add, I have noticed after system has been powered down over night that I have the most problems until heat builds in the system. On first boot, it wont get past the initial HP boot screen. Some times looking very fragmented. After restart it will go a bit further and then lock. Eventually after a few more attempts it will load in all the way. If it is set to go to sleep, then after waking it will go to BSOD. If left running it tend to hold longer with out crashing. But it will happen other times randomly.
Please let me know if you would like any other information being new to the board!
Thanks
