Another thing to think about is to make another admin account and try to use that and see if you still have issues.

Just takes a minute to make a new account, when you start up, you should get option of which account to use, if new one is not loading right up, go back to the other one. I just tossed making new account in as sometimes a user account can become corrupted .

You are going to have to use safe mode til you get it figured out which service needs to be enabled . keep checking them and restarting til you get it figured out. Might be a long process. Black Viper has a guide that shows default settings , If you went into services from the Administrator Tools in Control Panel , and just set them per Black Viper's guide , it might save you time. i am not sure. I'm pretty sure that the problem is with thefact that the Cryptsvc is unable to start.
I just don't know why, yet.
Zebedee tells me it's way past my bedtime :) - so I'll think on it that way and come back in the morning.

Fixed the only driver issue I had. it also made no difference. I had to instal it in diagnostic boot.
Im almost ready to try factory restore but idk how it would work being in a different computer.

Were you using the recovery console to make a factory default image or did you have disks made already ?
