@AlulA I've sent the email to what I think the email notification details meant, hope you got it. Please acknowledge if you did. If you didn't then please spell out the email as I always suggest xyz AT abc DOT com....like that please. Also please leave it posted until I've sent the email to you, OK? That way I have 2 points of reference.
OK, thanks and good luck.

Are you sure you a) extracted the zip first then b) made the disc bootable and c) that you've set the BIOS to boot from that particular drive first?

Thanks

BIOS is a separate mode so I have no idea. You have to go into the BIOS, usually by clicking a certain key during boot-up....my machine it's the Del key but every make is different and if your machine is UEFI even that calls for different procedures which I am not familiar with I'm afraid.

That usually indicates an incorrect BIOS setting. The first booting device would be the drive you used for the installation disc, the second boot must be the OS HDD.

I have the choice of: Internal Optical Disc Drive
Internal Hard Disk Drive
External Device

Which would I select to install with DVD disk ```

also the choice External Device Boot
Network Boot

if i start over again ~ what should I select in Setup Utility ```

Thank you

Richard

OK, I'm not absolutely sure about my advice at this stage as I am no expert but the first few lines would appear to be the list of drives.
They appear to be in the right order.
There has to be a setting elsewhere called Boot Priority or words to that effect
Internal Optical drive would be what you use for installation, assuming it handles DVD's.
(Otherwise make a bootable USB drive as mentioned in my email).
The internal hard drive must be the one that carries the now fouled-up operating system.
It must have a drive letter to be of use here.

Russian I think but I already sent an English ISO to him. Not sure it will work with a Russian OEM key however.
It appears that a whole bunch of posts of ours were removed by someone.
