@AlulA I've sent the email to what I think the email notification details meant, hope you got it. Please acknowledge if you did. If you didn't then please spell out the email as I always suggest xyz AT abc DOT com....like that please. Also please leave it posted until I've sent the email to you, OK? That way I have 2 points of reference.
OK, thanks and good luck.
BIOS is a separate mode so I have no idea. You have to go into the BIOS, usually by clicking a certain key during boot-up....my machine it's the Del key but every make is different and if your machine is UEFI even that calls for different procedures which I am not familiar with I'm afraid.
enabled internal hard disk ~ Windows is loading files... ~ running bar is up``` now the curser arrow is up ~ controlled by touch pad ~ and I can hear the dvd running ~ and movement ~ that's it ~ just the arrow on the screen ~ controlled by the touch pad ~ disk is running ```
OK, I'm not absolutely sure about my advice at this stage as I am no expert but the first few lines would appear to be the list of drives.
They appear to be in the right order.
There has to be a setting elsewhere called Boot Priority or words to that effect
Internal Optical drive would be what you use for installation, assuming it handles DVD's.
(Otherwise make a bootable USB drive as mentioned in my email).
The internal hard drive must be the one that carries the now fouled-up operating system.
It must have a drive letter to be of use here.
