Hi Peter, you are clearly helping out many people on this forum, amazing! Like so many others I am stuck for an .iso of the Vista 32-bit system - is it possible to get a download for Home Premium please? Thanks in advance :)

Hi, everyone. Hello Mr. Ex_Brit. Hope everyone is having a great day. I am looking for a Vista Home Premium file or whatever is that that i need to boot up an older Viao laptop of mine. I think what i'm looking for is a ISO image...? I just need a bootable CD/Flash-drive with the Vista OS. I,however, don't know whether is a 32 or 64 bit version.

Hello

I have an annoying problem which I have been going around in circles for days. I have a Sony VGN-FW31E laptop and the hard drive has given up and is beyond hope. I put a new drive in and launched my Recovery Disks but it threw up an error code 333 which I have found out that it didn't like my new drive which is an Advanced Format 512e. I managed to obtain a Vista Home Premium 32 bit disk but my Sony OEM license was rejected. I can't seem to get a suitable drive so I'm stuck. Hope somebody can offer a solution to get my laptop going again.

Regards
Bill

You're basically stuck with the OEM version or you could try activating the new OS b y telephone. That chnoice should be offered when it rejects your OEM key.

I've tried the online and telephone methods, even spoke to a human who said Vista wasn't supported. I had a screen with nine boxes but couldn't complete because of a no more support. Could I try the ISO that you have offered others please in case the disk I have is corrupted.

Just private messaged you.
Thank you very much, over 5 days of strife fixed at last. Your ISO loaded OK but rejected my Product Code but this time I did the automated activation and it accepted it as genuine so I am now activated legally. Now I have to re-load all of my software.

Your a star.

I sent you both via private message. All the best ;-)
Hi, Ex_Brit. Thank you for your help with Vista. My question is will the ISO with the SP2 have the drivers internet because it doesn't allow me to go to any website. When attempting to go to, ex: yahoo.com it say "There is a problem with this website's security certificate". Do you have any idea as how to go about this issue. Thank you much!

It had all the drivers I needed but that was back a while. I would have thought Windows will usually work adequately enough for you to update drivers afterwards. I have no idea re: that message. Best start a new thread on that subject.

Hey Ex_Brit, if you're still sending them, I was wondering if I could get both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows Vista Home Premium? With SP2 if possible, but if not I can install it manually.
