User and Admin account big troubles !

What type of account is Secours - Is it an Enabled Administrator Account? (net user administrator active:yes)

Also have you deleted any Folders found in C:\\users? Doing so can cause Registry issues (I did this with an Administrator account and it messed up the user profile = Fix = System Restore - Which you cannot do)

Are you able to log on with that account? if so do you receive a message mentioning: The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded

Please see http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/130095-user-profile-service-failed-logon-user-profile-cannot-loaded.html For More Information

Sorry if this information has been Mentioned before I have only Skimmed this thread as it seems to be Very long,

Many Thanks,
Josh

I picked that Avatar because it is from a picture I took at the Atlanta GA Zoo. It was a trip with very special memories. I like it too, it is a Meerkat. A Meerkat was one of the start in Lion King.
But on to business. I will look at your BSOD report and get back to you

TY that is the site that I tried to enter. It is most likely safe, but it is given the lowest rating for safety. All I ask is that the procedure be followed and download to the forum directly.

What type of account is Secours - Is it an Enabled Administrator Account? (net user administrator active:yes)

It was an admin account, maybe the hidden administrator account. For now, I think it is a user account with elevated admin right as Secours belong to Administrators Group. I'm a little bit confuse, check attached files.

Also have you deleted any Folders found in C:\\users? Doing so can cause Registry issues (I did this with an Administrator account and it messed up the user profile = Fix = System Restore - Which you cannot do)

No, I don't delete it. Check my post since the beginning to understand better what's happening.

Are you able to log on with that account? if so do you receive a message mentioning: The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded

Yes, I can log in, I'm in. No troubles when logging in.

In theory that is the Built in Admin,

Are you able to transfer all your Files and settings from your Old admi account to the New one

If the Corrupted user isn't the Enabled Admin then The best solution is to delete that User but keep the files when you delete it through the Control Panel

WARNING: If you do follow this make a standard account for your Personal Use this enabled Administrator is very Dangerous and contains a lot of power which Viruses can use , whenever you run a program that program has access to every part of computer (Including Viruses)

Hope This Helps,
Josh

Hi Lorien,

I log in to Secours account (which were Fleur de Vie, do you remember ?) but under C\Users\ , I don't have a folder named 'Secours' you can also check the Userprofiles reg that I posted today in attached files.

All the profile settings of Secours is located into c:\Users\Windows

My explorer always displayes hidden files and folders. ;)
